台灣畫圈圈藝術關懷協會
台灣畫圈圈藝術關懷協會取得內政部「台內團字第1090008008號」全國性人民團體立案證書，為非營利之社會團體，成立宗旨為推廣藝術與美感教育、厚實人文關懷素養，營造樂善好美的藝文社會，提昇身心障礙及弱勢者生活品質與實踐生命價值。
具體任務為：
一、獎助身心障礙及弱勢者藝術創作，辦理各項研習、比賽、講座及學術研討等活動。
二、鼓勵身心障礙及弱勢者參與國內、外各種創作競賽，與國外機構合作交流，將優秀
藝術人才推向國際舞台。
三、協助推廣學校藝術與人文教育，推展身心障礙及弱勢者藝術治療與美感教育計畫。
四、錄製並出版影音、書籍及刊物等出版品。
五、其他有關本會宗旨之公益性文化藝術活動。

Aim
Taiwan Drawing Circle Art Care Association（TDCACA）is a non-profit social organization with the following objectives:
Promoting art and aesthetic education, cultivating humanistic care literacy, creating a society that values beauty and kindness, and enhancing the quality of life and the realization of the value of life for people with disabilities and vulnerable groups.
Mission
Specific tasks include:
1. Awarding and supporting artistic creations by people with disabilities. and vulnerable groups, organizing various workshops, competitions, lectures, and academic seminars.
2. Encouraging people with disabilities and vulnerable groups to participate in domestic and international creative competitions, collaborating and exchanging ideas with foreign organizations, and promoting outstanding artistic talents onto the international stage.
3. Assisting in promoting arts and humanities education in schools and promoting art therapy and aesthetic education programs for people with disabilities and vulnerable groups.
4. Recording and publishing audiovisual materials, books, and publications,
5. Conducting other cultural and artistic activities related to the objectives of the association for public welfare.
